4 cups cubed sourdough bread
4 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp pink salt (or coarse salt)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 Tbsp grated Parmigiano Reggiano
INSTRUCTIONS |
Place cubed sourdough bread in a large bowl. Add olive oil and herbs, tossing until evenly coated.
Add salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Mix again and spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 8 minutes. Stir well, then bake for another 8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
